Mulloy Bohn was founded on a shared conviction that development deserves the same craft, patience, and locality as the homes its principals have spent careers designing and building. The result is a firm that operates at institutional scale without losing the block-by-block discipline of a Kentucky operator.

Commercial and residential developments spanning multifamily, single-family, mixed-use, parking, historic preservation, and stadium development — the principals have delivered hundreds of millions of dollars of real estate, and built relationships that compound across cycles.

Principal

John Bohn

John Bohn is a real estate broker with more than thirty years of experience. He founded Four Seasons Home Builders in 1986 and has since developed more than twenty subdivisions and built approximately five hundred custom high-end homes, earning multiple Homearama awards along the way. An extensive real estate portfolio owner, John now focuses on multifamily development across Louisville and Shelbyville. His most recent project — a 152-unit community in Shelbyville — broke ground in 2023 and sold in December 2024.

Mitchell Bohn

Mitchell Bohn brings six-plus years of asset management, two years of tax-credit development, nine-plus years of property management, and seven-plus years building a personal real estate portfolio. He developed and successfully sold a twenty-two-unit historic tax-credit boutique hotel project. His current focus is multifamily development across Louisville and Shelbyville, including the recently completed 152-unit Shelbyville community delivered in 2024.

Tim Mulloy

Tim Mulloy has developed over $300 million in real estate assets spanning hotels, multifamily, retail, office, historic preservation, and stadium projects. He owns and operates 446 multifamily units, 263,000 square feet of retail, and paid parking facilities, and is part owner and developer of Lynn Family Soccer Stadium and its surrounding developments.
