Landon's Place is a 152-unit multifamily community developed in Shelbyville, Kentucky. Ground was broken in 2023, and the project was successfully sold in December 2024.
The community brings modern multifamily living to a growing market thirty minutes east of Louisville, addressing the area's increasing housing demand with a thoughtful, long-term-hold approach to design and construction.
The project represents one of the largest recent multifamily deliveries in Shelbyville and reflects the firm's continued focus on scaling residential development in select Kentucky markets.
